Paid after request approval and before work begins. Secures your spot in the schedule.
Paid when final deliverables are complete and ready for handoff. Due within 7 days of invoice.
Payment methods: Bank transfer (e-transfer for Canadian clients) or secure payment link (Stripe). Invoices sent via email.
Currency: All prices listed in CAD. International clients welcome — USD/EUR conversions handled at current exchange rates.
Most services include 2 revision rounds. This keeps case-studies on track while ensuring you're satisfied with the work.
What's a revision round? A structured opportunity to provide feedback after seeing initial concepts (round 1) and refined direction (round 2). Each round includes up to 5 business days for implementation.
Need more revisions? Additional rounds are available at fixed rates (typically $200-300 per round, depending on service). However, the structured process is designed to get to the right solution within the included rounds.
Email-first: Primary communication via email for clear documentation and async collaboration. I respond within 24 hours on business days.
Video calls: Kick-off calls at project start and optional check-ins at key milestones (included in service). Additional calls available if needed.
File sharing: Deliverables shared via Dropbox or Google Drive. You receive download links and can keep files indefinitely.
